ABOUT US

The main object of the Start-up, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Cell of Maharshi Karve Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Satara, is to encourage students to develop new ideas, learn entrepreneurial skills and explore opportunities to start their own businesses. The Cell aims to create awareness about entrepreneurship and self-employment and motivate students to become confident, skilled and financially independent. It provides guidance and support to students to develop their business ideas and turn them into practical business activities. It aims to help female students identify business opportunities, develop innovative products and services, and understand the available support and resources for starting a business. Through these efforts, the Cell seeks to promote women entrepreneurship, create self-employment opportunities and contribute to the personal, professional and economic development of students and society.

Aim

1) To promote innovation, creativity and the development of new business ideas among students by encouraging environment for generating business ideas, developing entrepreneurial competencies, providing incubation support and motivating students to establish sustainable start-ups. 2) To help students to generate income through entrepreneurship.

MISSION

1) To motivate students to convert academic knowledge into practical business activities. 2) To increase entrepreneurship among students. 3) To promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among students. 4) Students were given opportunity to get income through entrepreneurship. 5) To develop business planning, marketing, financial management and leadership skills. 6) To enlighten them on various issues related to entrepreneurship.

Objective
